I made a mistake on an order I placed using my iPad. (Accidentally ordered 51 of a coupon, when I meant to order 5. Contacted Crystal when I got my invoice and saw my mistake). The coupons had not shipped yet, so they adjusted my order and I received an immediate refund. Wow I wish large companies like Walmart had such customer service.
